First…. Like Nail
yeah, oilers picked him. i felt so bad when he didn't work out….. 2012 was a bad year. morgan reilly 5th and jakub trouba at 9th are the only 2 who had top 10 1st round careers.
I'm sure Toronto would sign him
He could sign a PTO, but no guarantee he'll stick with a team in the NHL.
Maybe in the AHL…
Nail is the best
iβm also seeing a couple people talking about a Jonathan Toews PTO to Jets or Oilers. Donβt know the origin of it but it would make for a video idea if the source is decent
Who the hell would sign a bust that only had 19 points in the KHL and is 30 years old now?
Waste off time
19 points in 31 games isn't bad, he could make it, but I don't think he will
god if this happens my life would be complete
Controversial opinion. Yakopov was a combination of PLD bad attitude, over hype and, under development. If he worked on his attitude, comes over more developed I see a potential of a more aggressive less flashy top-middle six like kuzmenko
Gave him a shot and he pi$$ed it away. Sad
yzerman about to offer him 6 mill aav π
be funny if edmonton signed him
Dude had the biggest bust in the NHL? What were his measurements?
You NAILED it on this video!
I bet Yzerman will sign him for 4 years at 5 mill per.
There's no way Nail gets signed by an NHL team, except for a team that will be tanking this upcoming season (Calgary, I swear to God). That said, you gotta admit that it would be funny if a contending team actually signs him, and Yakupov ends up being the first player drafted by the Oilers in the 1st round during their calvalcade of suck era to win an SC π
Man you did not need to describe how you'd eat a hat π
7:35 – 7:46 ππwhat is that gameplay
It's possible Nail might have a PhD in what not to do in your career. This might make him a very good coach.. if he has learned from his mistakes..
He has the tools to be an NHL player and the arhleticism he just could never put it together.
